There is a reason why Hap Abraham Catering has been in the business as long as they have. They know what they’re doing, have incredible staff and food, will work with you to make changes outside of their normal menu selections if needed, etc. We will hire them again for our daughters’ weddings.”

We used Abraham for our catering at Joslyn for our wedding and could not have been more happy with how everything turned out. Working with Dawn was an absolute pleasure, from emails to tasting to our wedding night; everything ran as smooth as we could have asked. Our guests raved about the appetizers and main course. The staff during happy hour/dinner were absolutely professional and made for a great experience for our guests. We would happily use Abraham Catering again for any event needs and highly recommend.

I was so incredibly impressed and thrilled with Abraham from start to finish of working with them. They catered my wedding at Lauritzen Gardens and I am so happy and grateful for everything they did. From the start of working with them, every single person there was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They responded quickly to every question I had, and always communicated what was going on. When I needed to add on rental items they updated everything within 20 minutes of me asking and always helped me find what I needed. The food was AWESOME, and the wedding guests commented all night at how good everything was from the appetizers, to dinner, to the ice cream sundae bar. We used them for our wedding in 2012. Just now, 8 years later, a wedding guest reached out wanting to know the type of chicken dish that was served as they said “it was the best chicken I’ve eaten in my entire life.”
